This video is meant to give a brief on an organization's culture. It helps to defines the proper way to behave within the organization based on five key dimensions known, to guide you and me on how we can develop a good culture at our organization.

A good culture consists of shared beliefs and values established by leaders and then communicated and reinforced through various methods, ultimately shaping employee perceptions, behaviors, understanding and performance.
