- 50 BALL SESSION

10 BALLS - WARM UP

► 3 balls with LW
► 4 balls with 9 Iron

3 balls with 6 iron
► Increase speed as you go through

20 BALLS - DRILLS & FEEDBACK

► Practice with purpose & feedback
► Drill with feedback to know if you’re
achieving your goal
► Use mirrors, canes, head covers etc
for feedback
► Ball flight will give you good feedback

10 BALLS - PRACTICE UNDER PRESSURE

► Change your target & Club
► Pass or fail objective (hit the green,
fairway, proximity etc)
► Note down your score and track it

5 BALLS - CEMENT THE DRILL

► Go back over your drill from earlier

Ingrain the feeling before you leave
