Abstract: Yuval will explore the vital and complex relationship between legal and behavioural approaches to public policy. Drawing on both his own research and the work of others, Yuval will propose a framework for optimizing the interplay between these seemingly disparate approaches. The analysis will delve into how concepts within legal and regulatory theory can be effectively integrated with the policy tools developed in behavioural public policy.
