Chicken Pakora Recipe | Chicken Pakora in Unique Style | Fried Chicken recipes | Easy Snacks ideas


Ingredients:

Chicken half kg.
Salt
Black pepper
Red chilli powder
Carom seeds
Sesame Seeds (Safaid till) *Optional*
Chickpea flour (baisan)
Water
Ginger and garlic paste
Oil.

Procedure:

Boil chicken seperately with salt and black pepper.
Add boiled chicken in a bowl.
Add all the spices according to taste.
Add chickpea flour 2 tbsp and oil.
Now add water and mix them altogether.
Marinate overnight or for 6 hours.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with ketchup or Green chutney.
