Perfect Daal mash recipe | دال ماش بنانے کا طریقہ | Special Fry Dal mash recipe | White daal recipe

Ingredients:
* Mash dal 1/2 kg.
* Onions 1-2.
* Garlic, ginger and green chillies paste 2tbsp.
* Tomato paste cup.
* Yogurt 1-3 tbsp.
* Spices (red chilli, turmeric and coriander powder).
* 1cup shredded boiled chicken.
* Water.
* Coriander and mint leaves for garnishing.

Recipe Of Mash Daal
Ingredients 🥣
* Take 1/2 kg mash daal.
* Soak it for 1/2 an hour using a pinch of baking soda.
* Soak it for half an hour
* Turn on the flame and place the pan on heat
* Add oil and heat it.
* Then add onions and sautee them until golden brown in color.
* Now add ginger garlic and green chillies paste 2tbsp and 2 pinches of cumin seeds.
* Sautee them again till a good aroma appears.
* Then add tomato paste and yogurt.
* Now add red chilli powder, dried coriander powder and turmeric powder as per taste.
* Cook until water dries.
* On drying of water, add one cup shredded boiled chicken.
* Cook it for 15 minutes.
* Now add 3 cups of water and cover the pan.
*When the water starts boiling add the soaked mash daal.
* Again cover and cook until fully done.
* Garnish with green coriander and mint leaves.
* Serve with chappati and salad.
