Mental Health Initiative: Washington County, MN - Sgt. Tim Harris

Sheriff Dan Starry and Sgt. Tim Harris of Washington County Sheriff’s Office (MN) spearheaded a mental health initiative at their agency that includes peer to peer support, health & wellness events, classroom training, and much more. They discuss not only the need for the program and steps they took to get where they are, but also tips for other agencies to get a program started.
