Cycle Camp is all about balance—literally! Each workout is split between time on and time off the bike, giving you a complete mix of cardio and strength training.

Here’s how it works:
I’ll break the workout into 6—to 8-minute blocks. For example, if you pedal hard for 7 minutes, you’ll spend the next 7 minutes off the bike doing a strength circuit.
These strength circuits will target different muscle groups, helping you build muscle, improve endurance, and torch calories.

This back-and-forth approach keeps things fresh, challenges your body in new ways, and helps you become stronger overall. Plus, it’s a ton of fun to switch things up!

Get ready for a full-body workout that’s equal parts cycling and strength training. You’ll leave each session feeling accomplished and ready to take on the next!
