Panisse & Chickpea Mayo | A Delicious Vegan Snack

The faintest whispers of spring are here and that got me thinking of snacks, naturally! I grew up with a French dad who attributed great importance in gathering around a meal. And perhaps more important than the main meal, was the apéro. A time to shake off the day and connect with each other over a beverage and one or many little snacks. Join me this week in making panisse, a delicious chickpea "fry" (the French would hate that description), as we dream of warmer days on the horizon.
