Recipe:
2 cups water (110 degrees)
2/3 cups sugar
2 packages yeast (1.5 Tbsp)
1/4 cup oil (I use avocado)
3/4 tsp salt
6 cups flour
Direction:
Add water and sugar, sprinkle yeast in top of water and let proof for 5 minutes. Add oil and salt to yeast mixture and mix well. Add flour 1 cup at a time till dry dough ball forms. Use excess flour for kneading. Knead bread at least 5 mins or until you can pull small finger full of dough without it breaking, it should stretch. Form into loaves and let rise until at least twice the size. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
