Missi Roti recipe | مسی روٹی بنانے کا طریقہ | Besan ka Paratha recipe | Punjabi Missi roti

Ingredients:

* 2 cup Chickpea flour (besan).
* 1 cup of wheat flour.
* onions 2 (chopped).
* Fresh mint and coriander leaves (chopped).
* green chillies (4-5 chopped).
* Spices as per your taste.

Recipe:

* Take 2 cups of chickpea flour and 1 cup of wheat flour.
* Mix them together.
* Now Add all the chopped vegetables.
* Now add salt, red chilli powder, Qasuri meethi powder, cumins seeds, carom seeds( ijwain).
* Mix them well and knead with normal water. and make a dough.
* Let it Rest for 15-20 minutes.
* Now Make roti of desired size and Serve with mixed pickle or yogurt.
