HOW TO PREPARE KASHAYA (FOR TEN DAYS)

1. BOIL 6 LITRES OF WATER
2. ADD ONE PACKET OF AYURVEDIC POWDER TO THE BOILING WATER ALONG WITH 2 TEASPOON OF JEERA AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
3. BOIL THE MIX TILL IT REDUCES TO HALF, WHICH IS 3 LITERS.
4. FILTER THE KASHAYA ONCE IT’S COOLED DOWN USING A CLEAN COTTON CLOTH AND STORE IT IN STEEL OR GLASS BOTTLE.
5. KEEP THE KASHAYA REFRIGERATED.
(IF NO REFRIGERATOR, CAN KEEP THE BOTTLES OR VESSELS IN A BOWL FILLED WITH WATER).

DIETARY RESTRICTION:
RESTRICTED: ALL KINDS OF CRUCIFEROUS VEGETABLES (CABBAGE, CAULIFLOWER, KNOLHOL ETC), GREEN CHILLIES, BANANAS, GRAPES, TEA, ALL TYPES OF NON-VEG FOOD, LIQUOR, SMOKING.
Usage: Daily After each meal 100ml (3 times a day), Little heat and drink (lukewarm water).
