Soya chilli is an appetizer that’s tasty, nutritious and rich in protein! Absolute must try❤️

Ingredients:
1 cup soya chunks + water for soaking
salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
5 spring onion bulbs, finely chopped
1 green chillies, chopped
1 small onion, cubed
1 small green bell pepper, cubed
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp schezwan sauce
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
for corn flour slurry: 1 tbsp corn flour + 2 tbsp water

Procedure:
Soak soya chunks in warm water for few mins.
Drain the water and add salt, red chilli powder and corn flour to the soya chunks. Air fry them till they’re well cooked.
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Add spring onion bulbs and green chillies.
Add cubed onions, bell peppers and toss well. Add all sauces and sugar and mix well.
Add soya chunks, corn flour slurry.
Garnish it with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
