First, I show you how to resurrect your arch. Hopefully, you will be able to ditch those dance orthotics and learn how to use your feet to become more balanced, stronger, and more in control by resurrecting your arch.

Next, you'll see how you peel your feet off the floor and roll through the foot. Creating a smoother foot action instead of stomping grapes as you dance.

Our third action is the classic 3 toe base or how to use the power point of your foot. This is a huge key to staying on your support leg longer creating better balance.

Next up is lifting your pelvic floor the easiest way I know how to show you. This puts you in the perfect dance position whether is it west coast swing, ballroom, tango or any style of dance.

Enjoy the process of learning and 15 minutes a day of practicing by yourself goes a long way.
