SOME RECIPES FROM THE VIDEO: (comment down below if I forgot one you wanted :)

Nice Cream w Magic Shell
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen forest fruits
1/2 cup strawberries
1 scoop vegan protein powder
1 tsp maca powder (opt.)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flaxseeds (opt.)
1/3 cup soy milk
50-70g melted vegan chocolate (around half a block)

Lentil Patties
Lentil patties: makes 7

1 cups dry lentils: after rinsing, cook for 10-12 min with 1 tsp veggie broth powder AND 1 tsp salt for cooking, until they are soft and open. Then let this cool down.

Then saute:
1/2 Onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
1 tsp olive oil for sauteing them

Then, once everything is cooled down, mix together in a large bowl with the lentils and onions/garlic:
15-20g fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 cup Cup chickpea flour
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp Smoked paprika

Breadcrumbs for coating: once you combined everything in the bowl well, shape them into patties, and dip them in breadcrumbs. I think I used around 1/2 cup, just in a bowl.
Then put them on a parchment line baking sheet and bake them at 180 Celsius degrees for 20 Minutes for one side, then flip each, another 15 minutes on the other side

Mini Banana Pancakes batter:
makes enough for 2 whole banana (cut them in rounds and dip them in the batter, then fry each side)
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup soy milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 mashed banana
1 tsp maca powder
pinch of salt

Chia Jam
1cup frozen strawberries
1cup frozen blueberries
1-2 tsp agave syrup (depending on your taste)
1/2 lemon's juice
2 tbsp chia seeds
1tsp cinnamon

Chocolate Mousse:
1 block (300g) silken tofu
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp agave syrup (depending on your taste)
80g melted vegan choc
pinch of salt
Recommend topping it with berries cause they make it extra yummy
