Trains at Keighley - 01/09/2016

Filmed on 01/09/2016. The 4th station brings us to the home of the mainline and the private railway, welcome to Keighley, the home of the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway (Season 3 Episode 58)

At this station, we see a variety of Arriva Rail North services heading for a variety of destinations including: Skipton, Leeds, Bradford Forster Square and Armathwaite.

An awesome surprise is that we see DB Schenker and GBRF Rail working freight services. The one diesel locomotive I was after in particular was 66750 and on this faithful day, we got very lucky to see it giving it some mega thrashing through Keighley.

A good hours stint is more than enough to get a good variety of electric multiple units and maybe the of chance of a steam locomotive as it is the home of The Keighley And Worth Valley Railway.

The next station is going to be from Skipton.
