Ingredients
Veg-fried rice
250grms boiled rice
1 tbsp oil
1tbsp butter
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 chopped green chilies
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup beans
1/4cup capsicum
1/4cup green peas
2tbsp spring onion
1/4tsp salt(salt to taste
1tsp maggi magic cubes 1nos.
Process:
Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add 1tbsp butter
Add 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic paste
Fry on medium heat on 2mins
Add4 chopped green chilies n fry on 1mins on medium heat
Add 1/4cup chopped carrot,1/4cup beans,1/4cup capsicum,1/3cup green peas mix well n splash of a water give a stir n cover n cook 5-6mins on medium heat
Add boiled rice n give a stir
Add maggi magic cube 1tsp n 1/4tsp salt(salt to test becz rice contains salt)
Add 2tbsp spring onion
Cook 2-3mins
Ready to serve
