In this video I strip an old "bean can" I had lying around to remove the Hall Effect device in preparation to fitting a new replacement. My brother Bob believes the one in his RS is faulty. Usually the symptoms manifest as cutting out once the engine has warmed-up. There can be other symptoms too. Part 2 to follow.
