Chat GTP Told us to go to CRATE CAFE and we met the OWNER! BALI, CANGGU

When Chat GTP helped us find one of Bali's best cafes, we didn't expect to meet the owner of CRATE CAFÈ, Maree. Spotting Maree in the crowd, serving tables and greeting guests, we asked if she was happy to sit down and have a conversation about her life. She told us about the decision she made to leave the big city of Sydney and set up Crate Cafe in Canggu.

Her zest for life, chilled attitude and entrepreneurial flair makes for a fascinating conversation. Oh and did we mention the food was nothing short of a Good Root.
