Recipe:

For the cream:
4 cups milk
1 vanilla
4 eggs
½ cup of sugar
½ cup of fine semolina
50 g butter

For the syrup:
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup of water
1 tbsp lemon juice
Lemon zest
