MULLET RUN + KING TIDE = PADDLEBOARD SLAM

Описание к видео MULLET RUN + KING TIDE = PADDLEBOARD SLAM

In this video, I go out on my L2 paddle board into the Indian River armed with some 3" NLBN's, 3" Zman Minnowz, and some old school Mr. Whiffle's looking for a slam of redfish, snook, and seatrout. Mission accomplished! I slammed by 9:15 catching 9 trout in the process. Shortly after, I caught a huge jack that almost spooled me and my Okuma 100 series reel. Luckily, I prevailed in what was an epic battle. Along the way I also filmed an osprey eating a ladyfish up in a tree. The weather was perfect. A bit breezy, but very nice overall. At the time of this video, September 22, 2024 my area was experiencing some extremely high "king tides". The north wind made the water even high, which meant the area was under a coastal flood watch.
This allowed for the fish to push up much higher into the mangroves and hid. Especially, later in the day. So the plan was to get them before they pushed up there by late morning. At the same time, the mullet run was continuing causing feeding frenzies at various locations. Sit back and enjoy this epic adventure. If you like it, please share it with your fellow fishermen.

Tight Lines!
