Pale Ale Brew Day | No Chill | BIAB | Digiboil 35L | Brew Day Fail!

In this video I brew another iteration of my house Pale Ale but this time im using a new PH meter and I end up making a split second decision (error) that cost me my entire batch of beer. I show the entire brewing process and then talk about the hard lesson learned

Beer Brewed: Pale Ale
4.1kg Gladfield Ale Malt
500gm Light Crystal
400gm Wheat
Boil: 20gm Magnum @ 60min
Whirlpool: 30gm Vic Secret 20min
Dry Hop: 40gm Ella 25gm Enigma
Fermented 7 days at 18-21c in a gravity fermenter, cold crashed and served from Fermenter King Junior
