Making a Hazy IPA using the ingredients from Rogue Brewing's Batsquatch IPA.
This was my first brew on my new digiboil / digimash system. I'm really enjoying the system so far. Next video should be a fun one, subscribe so you don't miss it!

Recipe:

STATS: (Ideally)
Original Gravity: 1.065
Final Gravity: 1.014
ABV: 6.7%
IBU: 27
SRM: 4.6
Brewhouse Efficiency: 65%

FERMENTABLES:
Mash @ 152F for 90m
1.5 lb - White Wheat (10.7%)
2 lb - Golden Naked Oats (14.3%)
10.5 lb - US - Skagit Valley Malting - Copeland Pale (75%)

HOPS:
0.25 oz Mosaic: Boil for 60 min
0.5 oz Belma: Boil for 5 min
0.5 oz El Dorado: Boil for 5 min
0.5 oz Belma: Whirlpool for 20 min at 180 °F
1 oz Mosaic: Whirlpool for 20 min at 180 °F
2 oz Belma: Dry Hop for 2 days
2 oz El Dorado: Dry Hop for 2 days
2 oz Mosaic: Dry Hop for 2 days

YEAST:
Imperial Yeast - A24 Dry Hop
