The first takedown I ever learned: Greco Roman body lock + cage/ring control

A bunch of you asked me to breakdown this particular takedown I used in my last MMA exhibition fight. It’s a basic Greco Roman body lock pinch. But this takedown is versatile. I show you how to do it on the open mat, from double underhooks, or from over unders, as well as how to use the cage, a turnbuckle, or the ropes of a boxing ring to set up this takedown, and how to easily turn this takedown into a suplex or throw.
