On Monday, hundreds of people, including President Yoweri Museveni, descended on Lukudu village in Rhino Camp sub county in Arua district to send off Ibrahim Abiriga, the slain Arua Municipality legislator.

While delivering his speech at the burial, President Museveni promised that Abiriga’s killers would eventually be brought to book. The President also promised the introduction of new stricter measures to fight growing insecurity.
