QUANTITIES FOR THE RECIPES (All recipes are vegan. Instructions in the video):

STRAWBERRY CAKE

Cake Base (for an 20 cm cake tin)
165 g wheat flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
135 g sugar
a pinch of salt
55 g rapeseed oil
1.5 tsp (apple cider) vinegar
120 ml warm water
Bake in a preheated oven at 175° C for 30-40 minutes.

Lemon Curd (Sufficient for a large 28 cm cake. Use half the amount for a 20 cm tin.)
Juice and zest of 2 lemons
90 g sugar
3 tbsp cornflour
50 ml water
25 g vegan butter or margarine

Whipped cream (Sufficient for a large 28 cm cake. Use half the amount for a 20 cm tin.)
250 g vegan cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
+ Strawberries (500 g) and lemon zest for filling and decoration

SMÖRGÅSTÅRTA (Sandwich cake)

Green Focaccia
200-300 g fresh wild and garden herbs to taste
500 g wheat flour
500 ml warm water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
80 ml olive oil
4-6 tsp celery powder for colouring (optional)
Bake in a preheated oven at 220° C for 25-30 minutes.

Avocado cream (enough for the whole focaccia, I only used 1/3 of the amount)
3 tbsp grated fresh horseradish
3 avocados
Salt and pepper to taste
1.5 tbsp lemon juice

Paprika cream (enough for the whole focaccia, I only used 1/3 of the amount)
1 jar/530 g grilled peppers
1 red pepper
3 garlic cloves
6 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Cheese cream (enough for the whole focaccia, I only used 1/3 of the amount)
600 g vegan cream cheese
500 g vegan crème fraiche
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp pepper
+ for decoration: vegetables and herbs to taste, vegan mayonnaise, vegan caviar
