JAPANESE KNIFE - Thinning 101

Hey folks, thanks for tuning in as always!

We've been meaning to do this video for quite some time but its finally here! We figured this would be a good video to add to our sharpening video lineup because every knife will need to be thinned at least a few times in its lifespan. If you were watching the first time sharpening video we posted last time this wont be something you need to worry about for a couple years as a home cook, but sooner and more frequently as a professional who is sharpening their knives regularly.
