The Bottom's Series is excellent for increasing your strength. It teaches you "linkage", how to connect every muscle group together in an isometric way.
You will feel more tension in your grip, your abs, and your lats.

Try this sequence:
-Clean
-Clean + Carry
-Clean + Press
-Clean + Squat

Then try the same sequence, but DOUBLE KBs.
