Introducing an automated loading and unloading system for sheet metal, the #LogiTowerLoader, available in various configurations, significantly accelerating production processes and simplifying sheet metal storage when integrated with the #LogiTower warehouse tower.

The #LogiTowerLoader solution enables unmanned, fully automated processes of:
• retrieval of sheets from the stack or from the storage system cassette
• loading into the laser cutting machine
• pickup of cut elements
• delivery of cut out parts to a dedicated storage system cassette or unloading point.

We offer 4 different variants of the #LogiTowerLoader solution, tailored individually to each customer:
- LogiTowerLoader Basic - a system designed to work without the LogiTower warehouse tower, easily configurable to evolving needs, including the number and settings of cutting machines.
- LogiTowerLoader Compact - maximum utilization of floor space and hall height with the sheet metal warehouse built above the laser cutting table, very short material changeover cycle time on the laser cutting table.
- LogiTowerLoader Advanced - integrated solution for managing one laser cutting machine alongside a sheet metal warehouse - occupying minimal space, with the option of placement in a corner or against the wall of the hall, short material changeover cycle time.
- LogiTowerLoader Complex - integrated solution for managing multiple laser cutting machines, very short material changeover cycle time, collaboration with #LogiTower, #MultiLogiTower warehouses in order to achieve high system capacity.
