油 55g(任何味道不重的油，也可换融化后冷却的无盐黄油）
鸡蛋 1个（去壳约60g, 重量不足或太多可用牛奶重量补齐)
牛奶 100g
蓝莓 150g
香酥粒：
黄油 45g
糖 50g
中筋或低筋面粉 40g
肉桂粉 3g（可省）

烤制：200°C/400°F，22-25分钟，烤到表面金黄即可

All Purpose or Cake Flour 200g(1 1/2 Cup)
Sugar 75g(1/2 Cup), Add more sugar if you prefer, also adjust the sugar based on how sweet your blueberries are.
Salt 4g(1/2 Tsp)
Baking Powder 10g(2 Tsp)
Oil 55g(1/3 Cup)
1 Egg(about 60g without shell, adjust the difference by adding or reducing milk if your egg is too small or too big.)
Milk 100g(1/3 Cup)
Blueberries 150g(1 Cup)
Crumble：
Unsalted Butter 45g(3 Tbsp)
Sugar 50g(1/4 Cup)
All Purpose or Cake Flour 40g(1/4 Cup)
Ground Cinnamon 3g(1/4 Tsp)，Optional

Bake at 200°C/400°F for about 22-25 minutes. Bake until the tops are golden brown.
