Recipe : Servings 2x

1 small spaghetti squash
all purpose seasoning
black pepper
garlic powder
olive oil
Bake at 400° for a 1 hr 20 minutes 

Tomato Sauce 🥫:
1/2 cup red diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced white onion
5 large chopped garlic cloves
1 tbsp fresh chopped Italian parsley
2 cup unseasoned tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp tomato paste

salt, pepper, and sugar to taste 
Cook on medium eat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meat Filling:

3/4 lb 80/20 ground beef
1/2 cup white onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 large garlic clove
all purpose seasoning
black pepper
water
tomato sauce from recipe above 
Cover with a lid and simmer on low for 10 minutes.

Toppings:
Smoked Gouda cheese
Fresh basil
Italian parsley

Stuff your spaghetti squash with the meat sauce and grated smoked Gouda cheese and bake in the oven at 400°F for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted in golden brown.
