Basic release of your quadriceps w pearl/ gold Yamuna ball. Use another ball or bolster to prop yourself up to support your shoulders. Start just below hip and roll the ball down in small increments to about 5cm above the knee. Pause in each spot for several breath. Intension is to sink deep into ball w each exhale. You can also introduce the concept of rolling across the muscle fibers.

As always listen to your body and modify if needed. Roll both legs!
