(About 20 Dumplings)
20 dumpling wrappers
200g firm tofu
1 cucumber
1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
1 carrot
1 banana pepper
1 green onion
2 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
For the dipping sauces:
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp homemade chili oil
