Why is doing 5 min of abdominal exercises good for you? The abdominal muscles support the trunk, allow movement and hold organs in place by regulating internal abdominal pressure. The deep abdominal muscles, together with muscles in the back, make up your core muscles which help keep your body stable and balanced, and protect your spine muscles.

As advanced level you should have mastered the intermediate version and you are now ready for an extra push and challenge. To see results I suggest to follow this level for few weeks. If this level is too hard for you refer back to the intermediate version in order to be comfortable and had built up enough strength and control throughout your body.
