How to Smoke Brisket in Different Types of Smokers

Описание к видео How to Smoke Brisket in Different Types of Smokers

In this video i'm going to show you how to smoke brisket in 4 of the most popular smokers!

I've used 4 of my favourite brisket videos using a Weber kettle, drum smoker, offset smoker and pellet smoker in hopes that if you're a beginner, or looking for a new smoker, this video is going to help you!

The offset smoker and Weber kettle are 2 of the hardest smokers to use when it comes to fire management, so here's 2 videos purely on fire management for you using them smokers:

Offset smoker fire management:    • Offset Smoker Fire Management for Beg...

When it comes to smoking brisket, there's lots of methods to use! You can wrap in foil, butchers paper, not wrap at all, boat and more!
There's really no right or wrong, it all comes down to personal preference.
I've smoked brisket with great results using all methods, so what I suggest when it comes to smoking brisket is finding something that works for you!

For me, I prefer a nice barky brisket, so leaving a brisket unwrapped is something I do most, however if I need to speed up a brisket cook, wrapping in foil is a great option, however you may not get as good of a bark as opposed to leaving unwrapped or using butchers paper which helps preserve the bark.

If i'm wrapping brisket, I like to make sure my bark is set and i'm at an internal temperature of around 170F/76c-180F/82c.
