Join me for a 35 Minute mellow flow focusing on finding movement that feels good in the body. Minimal chaturangas, lots of juicy stretches and fluid movement that will get the blood flowing. This flow is perfect if you're feeling a bit mellow today or if you're warming up for something, or in my case recovering from a really sore and stiff body. I hope you enjoy this yoga sequence and leave the practice feeling more in tune with yourself and fuelled with new energy!
