2 pcs. pork Leg
300 g. Palm Sugar
30 g. Rock Sugar
4 pcs. Slice galangal
2 pcs. Coriander root
1 tsp. Black pepper corn
4 cloves Garlic
2 pcs. Cinnamon stick
2 pcs. star anise
6 liters water ( or cover pork leg)
1 tbsp. Salt
5 tbsp. soy sauce
5 tbsp. Fish sauce
6 tbsp. Oyster sauce
2 tbsp. Black soy sauce

🟡condiments
Fresh chili & Garlic
Pickle cabbage + chopped garlic 5 cloves (stir fried)
Boil eggs (hard boil egg approximately 10-12 mins)
Kale
Sauce

1 pc.Yellow bell pepper
2 pcs. Red chili
6 cloves Garlic
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. Sugar
1cup Vinegar
