😋 a popular Thai street food which influenced by Teochew cuisine. This dish consist of tender and flavourful stewed pork leg, slice into pieces, place on top of Thai fragrant rice, along with braised hard boiled egg, chopped pickled mustard greens, and a little bit of blanched kailan. Then pour the broth over the rice, serve with homemade chilli vinegar. Superb!!!!
This recipe for 5-6 pax

Dipping sauce
Red chillies 红辣椒 – 3 pcs
Garlic 蒜 – 5 cloves
Sugar 糖 – 1 tbsp
Fish sauce鱼露 – 1 ½ tsp
Vinegar 醋 – 2 ½ tbsp

Herb base
Garlic 蒜 – 5 cloves
Coriander roots 香菜根 – 3 pcs
Black pepper 黑胡椒粒 – 1 tsp

--Ingredients--
Pork leg 猪脚洗净– cleaned 1.4kg
Oil 油 – 3 tbsp
Palm sugar 泰国椰糖 – 150g
Water 水 – 1.8 litre
Light soy sauce 生抽 – 6 tbsp
Fish sauce 鱼露 – 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 蚝油 – 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 老抽 – 2 tbsp
Cinnamon stick肉桂 – 2 pcs
star anise 八角 – 2 pcs
Sour pickled green mustard 酸菜清洗沥干-rinsed and drained -250g
Hard boiled eggs 水煮蛋 – 3 pcs
Kailan 芥兰 - 250g
