In Argentina, a parrilla isn't just what you'd call a "grill" - it's also a type of barbecue restaurant that's deeply woven into the country's culture 🍽️ 🇦🇷. These parrillas are everywhere, from tiny towns to big cities, serving up fire-cooked meat and tradition on every plate.

In this episode of Argentina Journey, I'll show you two different interpretations of the parrilla experience.

One is a classic, no-frills BBQ joint in a small town outside Buenos Aires - all fire, smoke , and tradition. The other is a trendy spot in the heart of Palermo, where the chef adds a gourmet twist to the Argentine asado.
