...Setting out from Keswick I ran a modified version of the Bob Graham Round leg 1, missing out Great Calva and sticking more to Lake District trail running with some off piste Fells thrown in for good measure. As the temperatures rose to 30 degrees my water supplies caused an issue but failed to take away from those stunning summit views and cracking descent of Doddick Fell.

We managed to capture some great running footage using the GoPro Hero 9 with lens mod, the stability of which has really impressed me. I've tried to present this as more of a Lake District fell running film but we do have the usual training talk.
