Extreme hunger in Yemen: Oxfam warns of a worsening crisis

Oxfam International is warning that a third of Yemenis are facing extreme hunger.
And that rates of child malnutrition are amongst the highest in the world.
The agency says the situation is likely to get worse.
It predicts that a further twenty percent of the population will need emergency aid next year.
Yemen was already one of the poorest countries in the Middle East before the war broke out in 2015.
That situation is likely to deteriorate - unless a political solution to the conflict is found soon.
