Jill Duggar has announced that she delivered her daughter stillborn at four months.

Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard have announced the stillbirth of their fourth child, Isla Marie Dillard. The couple, who tied the knot in 2014, are the parents of sons Israel, Samuel, and Freddy. In 2021, they suffered a miscarriage. Jill and Derick recently spoke to ET about their complicated relationship with their family, including their father, Jim Bob, and some of the siblings she still communicates with. Despite the tension, Jill assured ET that she still loves them all and that telling their story could help them heal. She believes that sharing their story could be helpful for some of her siblings, giving them a voice and empowering them. She believes that if it helps them, frees them, and gives them their voice, then that's amazing. She would love for all of them to read their story and feel the same way.

In addition to their news, Jill and Derick also shared a pink crochet blanket and teddy bear symbolizing their baby girl, who would have been their first daughter. The couple also announced in 2021 that they suffered a miscarriage.
