Ingredients:
Bachali Kura/ Malabar Spinach - 3 cups, cleaned and chopped
Tur Dal - 3/4 cup, pressure cooked till 2 whistles
Onion - 1 large size, cut into fine squares
Green Chillies - 3, slit lengthwise
Tomato - 1 large size
Garlic - 1 tsp, cut into pieces
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Curry leaves - a few
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbl spn
