Serious Eats Manila: Lugang Cafe Feast All You Can Unlimited Xiao Long Bao Buffet Glorietta Makati. Lugang Cafe is a Taiwanese-Chinese restaurant concept by the Bellagio Group from Shanghai and was franchised to the Philippines by Peter and Anabelle Chua in 2010 and now has 8 branches around Metro Manila. Lugang Cafe serves some of the best Cantonese and Taiwanese dishes in town and are highly regarded for their Xiao Long Bao soupy dumplings, Kung Pao Prawns, Roast Duck as well as their vegetarian dumplings with Truffle Oil. Today we visit their Glorietta branch to check out their Feast All You Can Promo. From their special menu we would highly recommend their Pork Xiao Long Bao, Pork Xiao Long Bao with XO Sauce, Kung Pao Prawns, Stir Fry Prawns with XO Sauce, Pork Wanton in Spicy Chili Oil, Chicken and Corn Soup and Salted Fish Fried Rice. If you still have space make sure to try their Peanut Smoothie for dessert, this is not included in the promo though!
