AIDA 3 Part 1 Freediving Course | Pool and Classroom Sessions (Ft. Andrew & Lilly) Dive World Canada

I loved AIDA 2, I now Freedive almost as often as I Scuba Dive
Now Im back for AIDA 3
unlike the PADI scuba progression AIDA is very linear and AIDA 3 is basically Advanced freediving.
If you are interested in freediving I really recommend it, if you live in Toronto contact Dive World for more information and you could be taught by Andrew and Lilly too. If you dont live in Toronto, contact your local dive shops and get into it!
Part 2 is coming next week and it is going to be awesome, we get to stay with Lilly and Andrew in their home up in Lions head again!
