Something that I’ve dealt with on and off for a few years, stretching and strengthening helped to ease the symptoms but I pushed it too far last year and lifted through the pain and it became REALLY aggravated, so much so that I could no longer kneel on that knee or do Cossack squats (which I really love!) it had a constant general ache and was uncomfortable walking up and down stairs.

I don’t know how it works or why it works but all I do know is that it doesn’t hurt to walk up and down stairs any more and I can do long car journeys pain free again! So yeah! If you have tried “everything” and you’re at your wits end with it then it’s definitely worth the go! I can only speak for the patellar tendinitis really but I’ve heard great reports for shoulder issues too! I had 3 sessions and you are literally in and out in 15 minutes.
