Smoked Bologna | What are you Smoking

This week Grant found the biggest loaf of Bologna. Its a German Brand 100% beef; Wunderbar. We scored it and put it in the smoker for about 8 hours, then cranked up the temperature to max for the last little bit to crispy up the outside. It turned out so delicious! If you have a smoker this is one you seriously gotta try. We talked about how it tastes almost ham, Grant took some home, and his mom thought it was actually ham. 🤣
If you aren't a big fan of bologna, but feel like giving it one more try, this just might win you over!
