Lebanese 7 Spice (Sabaa Baharat) is a pantry ‘must-have’ spice blend. It is widely a staple in Middle Eastern cuisine , found in many dishes. Make this recipe to add bold, smoky flavor to your favorite foods.

INGREDIENTS:
all the spices are in powder
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon allspice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoons fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoons ground cloves
1 ½ tablespoon ground cumin
MIX
This is good for 2-3 months if the container is air tight then it can last longer.
