Strengthened Standards – what to expect and how to be ready – Residential services

In this session at the National Aged Care Provider Conference 2024, we outlined what to expect from the strengthened Quality Standards and how residential services providers can be ready. We discussed the findings of pilot study, the resources being developed and the insights that clarify the objectives of the new standards.
