Chef Brad, America's Grain Guy, and Chef Tess Bakeresse show you how to create a healthy and delicious Grain Salad using your Fagor Pressure Cooker for the Holiday Season.

Ingredients:
2 cups Honeyville Oat Groats
2 cups Honeyville Whole Grain Rye
7 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
3 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Pineapple
1 cup Almonds
2 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Strawberries
3 cups Honeyville Freeze Dried Grapes

Dressing:
1/3 cup Agave Nectar
1/3 cup Lucero Crushed Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
1/3 cup Lucero Peach Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Danish Blue Cheese

Directions:
Pour oat groats, rye, water, and salt into pressure cooker, place lid on and set cooker for 14 minutes.
Once grain is finished cooking, release pressure, remove pressure cooking bowl, and place in refrigerator to cool.
Remove grains and in a large bowl combine grains, re-hydrated pineapple, strawberries, grapes, and almonds. Mix together.
Mix dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over grain salad. Mix together and serve.
