Welcome to Day 8 of the Quickfire Challenge! Today’s session is a 30 minute full body circuits workout designed to build strength, endurance, and core stability. We’ll hit two unique dumbbell circuits (run twice with progressive timing), then finish with a fiery core circuit. This one’s all about balance, power, and stamina.

✨ Warm up first →    • 3 Min Full Body Warm Up | QUICK Warm Up Ro...  
Workout Format:
Circuit 1: 2x through (Round 1 = 40s on / 20s off, Round 2 = 45s on / 15s off, 30s transition between)
Circuit 2: 2x through (same format)
Core circuit: 1x through, 30s on / 10s off

🔥 Circuit 1
Squat + curl
Lateral lunge + high pull (L)
Deadlift bent over row
Lateral lunge + high pull (R)
Typewriter lateral lunge sweeps
Landmine press

🔥 Circuit 2
Narrow squat + lateral raise
Reverse lunge curl + press (L)
Ladder single RDL + row (L)
Reverse lunge curl + press (R)
Ladder single RDL + row (R)
March + twist

🔥 Core Circuit (1x through, 30s on / 10s off)
Step back DB drives
ISO loaded side crunch (L)
OH DB press + crunch (L)
DB Halo
ISO loaded side crunch (R)
OH DB press + crunch (R)
